Este disco es de forma no oficial, la continuación del Downward Spiral, es el momento tras toda la rabia desatada, toda la autodestrucción y el caos, luego de caer al fondo del pozo y estar lleno de mierda hasta la garganta. "Comienza desde el final, y luego intenta crear orden a partir del caos, pero nunca logra su objetivo"
Un disco doble muy introspectivo, con varias canciones instrumentales, sonidos ambientales, guitarras pesadas y los típicos beats industriales. Es el disco mas difícil de digerir de NIN, pero quizas el mas hermoso. No lo recomiendo como primer álbum para conocer a la banda, pero ya visitando los tags encontraran los otros discos.
